• Define a commitment and write down what is purity to you.
• Verbalize that commitment to another person who can help you be accountable to yourself, and also you trust with vulnerability should you falter.
• Socialize with those who share your values.
• Avoid inebriating substances that can change your will.
• Recognize attraction in an instant and bring it to the forefront of your mind.
